You may use our platform to create, manage, and optimize crypto marketing campaigns and bitcoin ads for legitimate business purposes. Fraudulent advertising, misleading claims, and any activity violating advertising regulations is prohibited.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure. Enable 2FA. Report unauthorized access immediately. You are liable for all activity under your account. Ad spend committed to advertising networks is non-reversible once campaigns are live.

Intellectual Property

All content on echelonbelle.com — logos, analytics tools, educational materials, and code — belongs to Echelon Belle Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Disclaimers

Crypto marketing results vary by project, market conditions, and campaign strategy. We are not guaranteeing specific outcomes. Past campaign performance does not guarantee future results. We make no guarantees about uptime beyond our SLA.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with advertising networks, crypto advertising platforms, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or security practices.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes trigger a 30-day email notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be subject to informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, California.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Echelon Belle will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorized access to security@echelonbelle.com immediately.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of all campaign data and creative assets in your account. Echelon Belle holds no claim to your materials except for unpaid fees as outlined in our Fee Schedule. You may export your data at any time.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
