Manage crypto marketing campaigns, optimize ad delivery across advertising networks, prevent fraud, comply with regulations, and improve the platform. We never sell personal data to third parties or data brokers.

Session cookies keep you logged in. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand usage patterns. You can disable analytics cookies in browser settings without affecting core functionality.

Data Sharing

We share data with law enforcement when legally required. Anonymized campaign data may be shared with advertising network partners for optimization. Client data shared with partner networks under strict data processing agreements.

TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. AES-256 at rest. Passwords stored as salted hashes. Infrastructure hosted in SOC 2 certified data centers. Quarterly penetration testing by independent auditors.

Your Rights

Request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account anytime. Email privacy@echelonbelle.com — we respond within 14 days. Campaign records retained for compliance as required by law.

Updates

Material changes are emailed 30 days in advance. Minor clarifications take effect immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics for usage statistics and Stripe for payment processing. Campaign data is shared with crypto advertising platforms and bitcoin ad networks as required for ad delivery. Each third party is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to seven years after closure for regulatory purposes. Campaign data and analytics are available for export at any time. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by contacting our support team.

Policy Updates

We review this policy at least once per year. Significant changes are communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The version history is available on request.
